We are so sad our trip has come to an end but it was the trip of a lifetime that we will never forget. We are exhausted and ready to go home to sunny California! Can't wait to see our kitties, our puppy, Whole Foods, and get back to our beloved Robbins Drive! Loved every minute in Europe so much, but there really is no place like home! ❤️

Au Revoir Paris, a Bientot! ⭐️
So sad to say goodbye to this incredible city. We spent our last day walking around in gray rainy skies, but it was still so nice! The Grande Epicerie was our grand finale, we could have spent the entire day there. It was spectacular! We were in amazement by how perfect everything is in Paris!

Let Them Eat Cake! π«π· π
Slept in to try to recover from the nasty bug we both have. Had a late breakfast at our new favorite place just around the corner. I took a picture of our breakfast but it was so good we had to eat it first, so in the picture the plates are empty! The food in Paris has been amazing! Better than I remember. Everything is so fresh and tons of organic options. We have been having "pot-Au-feu" almost twice daily. It's basically a stew/soup with tons of fresh veggies and chicken. It has been perfect for the cold weather!
After we took the train to Versailles where we explored the palace then spent the afternoon with farm animals on Marie Antoinette's hamlet. It was so beautiful. One of my favorite places! So charming!
Just got back into the city and had a warm yummy dinner. Already getting sad that our trip is nearing an end! Tomorrow is our last full day in Paris so hopefully we will squeeze in as much as possible! Love, L&V

Paris! ❤️π«π·
Not much time to write but Paris is as perfect as I remember! We checked into are beautiful hotel near Place Vendome, on Jardin Tuilleries in the center of Paris and we walked around all of St. Germain. We stopped for a quick coffee at Coutume and had dinner at the best dinner of my life at Ralph's, Ralph Lauren's restaurant in St. Germain. We walked home by the Louvre and have a gorgeous view now of the sparkling Eiffel Tower from our hotel window. Paris is a dream! We love it here so much, never want to leave!
Paris Day 2!
The enchantment of Paris never ends! Love it more than ever! Beautiful day, could not have asked for better weather for strolling the streets. We started on Ile de la Cite at Conciergerie and Notre Dame before going to Ile St. Louis and Le Marais wherein we pretty much considered buying a house and having the cats shipped here from California, so perfect! We had a picnic lunch in Places Des Vosges where we watched young school kids in a make shift petting zoo with goats, lambs and chickens and a giant turkey! It was so cute! Super fun! We made our first journey on the Paris metro to the Eiffel Tower to make it in time for the sunset from the top. The view was amazing! We walked back down the super festive Avenue Montaigne and the Christmas Markets of the Champs ΓlysΓ©es and Vince got to try his 1st French crepe with Nutella. The Christmas markets here go on for miles, literally! The festiveness of the city is off the charts! Stopping for a quick dinner near our hotel at a cozy organic curry restaurant we found. Vince seems to have come down with the same bug that I had so going to try to get lots of sleep for Versailles tomorrow! Bon Soir! Bisous!
